Ce que vous apprendrez

Join our webinar for an in-depth overview of the newly published safety standards: 16 CFR 1242 for Nursing Pillows and 16 CFR 1243 for Infant Support Cushions.
On October 25, 2024, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued the final rule for 16 CFR 1242, establishing safety requirements for nursing pillows, which will take effect on April 23, 2025. Similarly, on November 4, 2024, the CPSC published the final rule for 16 CFR 1243, introducing safety standards for infant support cushions, effective May 5, 2025. Both regulations outline general, performance, and labeling requirements to enhance product safety.

This webinar will provide a clear understanding of these new standards and how they impact manufacturers, importers, and retailers.
