A propos des intervenants

Rich O’Brien
Executive Director, TIC Council Americas
Rich is the trade association executive serving many of the leading testing, inspection, and certification companies in the Americas. He draws from a diverse government and private sector background as he represents the TIC industry to government and public stakeholders. Before joining TIC Council, Rich led international activities at the Consumer Product Safety Commission and had a distinguished career as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer. His prior roles include trade promotion at the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration, export work at the Agriculture Department’s Foreign Agricultural Service, and various positions in public relations and marketing, including regional public relations director for The Salvation Army. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Rich has lived and worked in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Germany, and Switzerland.
Chris Goller
Senior Customer Service Manager, QIMA
Chris Goller is the Senior Manager of Client Services and Global Programs for QIMA. He has been in the consumer products industry for 14 years. During his last 8 years with QIMA, he has been responsible for managing a team of customer service professionals focused on delivering outstanding service to some of QIMA's key global clients. Additionally, Chris himself serves as the primary US point of contact for several major global lab testing clients, providing oversight to ensure client's needs are met and programs are successfully executed. He has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing with a minor in Business from Indiana University.
