Since 1987, Clōe has built what is today Mexico's most relevant fashion-accessories brand. With a product range spanning handbags, footwear, luggage, eyewear, watches, wallets, cosmetic bags, backpacks and menswear accessories, among others, Clōe has moved beyond product to become a lifestyle proposition with international reach.
Its footprint spans 56 own stores and 362 department-store points of sale across Mexico, a commercial network whose scale alone leaves no room for error in the supply chain.
In fashion, timing is relevance. Clōe distributes season-specific products to a network of hundreds of points of sale, which means every shipment has a delivery window that is fixed, non-negotiable, and tied directly to the commercial calendar.
Because the merchandise is imported, any customs hold, labelling correction, or clearance delay could compromise not just one shipment, but an entire season. A product arriving late to store generates logistics costs and risks going unsold.

The Pre-Shipment Inspection at Origin (PEO) service is carried out directly at origin, before any container is loaded, verifying labelling and documentation compliance against Mexican regulations.
Inspection reports let Clōe's team act ahead of time: if a product shows a labelling deviation, the company can take corrective action before the shipment reaches its destination and speed up clearance, since it avoids the container deconsolidation and reconsolidation manoeuvre (DESYCON), sparing the importer time and logistics cost. In critical seasons such as Buen Fin, Christmas, and peak season, where the time margin is minimal, that early visibility is the difference between making it onto the shelf or not.
